Kevin E. Paul – Associate-Litigator

No stranger to creditors’ rights litigation, Kevin began his legal career as an intern for the Honorable Catherine Peek McEwen, United States Bankruptcy Judge, Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division. Thereafter, Kevin joined a law firm specializing in real estate law and, thereafter, became Vice President of a local Title company specializing in loan closings. Kevin has gained extensive trial experience while working as an Associate Attorney for the Pasco County State Attorneys Office where he was lead counsel in numerous Jury and Bench Trials and extensive motion practice. Kevin chose to return to his roots and passion in Creditors’ Rights litigation by joining the Veschio Law Group, LLC where he specializes in bankruptcy and state Court creditors’ rights litigation. Kevin is admitted to practice in the Florida Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court, Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. Kevin is an active member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
